How it works
- Order your template(s) and Branded For You in the same checkout.
- Reply to your order confirmation email with the items on the checklist below. (If you already bought your templates, just order Branded For You and tell us which ones.)
- Get your files back within 3 business days, often sooner, ready to use in Excel, Google Sheets, Word and PDF.
What to send us
- Your logo (PNG with a transparent background is best; a JPG or a clear phone photo works too)
- Business name exactly as you want it shown
- Phone, email, website and service area
- License number (if your trade or state requires it on documents)
- Brand color (a hex code, or just "match my logo")
- Sales tax rate, payment terms (for example Net 15) and deposit %
- Warranty length for agreements and certificates
Good to know
- We brand the templates; we don't rewrite their legal terms. Have your attorney review contracts for your state.
- One round of small corrections is included if we got something wrong.
- Don't have a logo? We'll set your business name in a clean, bold wordmark at no extra charge.
